POSITIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Channel Sales – Manager
- Set targets and ensure achievements of dealer sales through constant monitoring
- Coordinate planning and execution of dealer marketing activities
- Ensure timely collection from dealers
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field
2. Channel Sales – Executive
- Coordinating with marketing department for the execution of dealer marketing activities and ensure achievement of targets of dealers and visit the market
- To track nationwide competitors activities and our product feedbacks, analysis and forward for timely action
- Minimum 1 to 2 year of experience in a related field
3. Trainer - Manager
- Product research and identifying training gaps
- Dealer training for auto basics, sales, and operational processes and product
- Responsible for competency and development in MAW, dealers, and their staffs
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as an automotive trainer
4. BTL - Coordinator
- Execute promotional activities in coordination with agencies
- Ensure timely readiness of marketing collateral
- Minimum 1 to 2 year of experience in a related field with knowledge in graphic designing
- Troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical problems
- Final inspection of the repaired vehicles
- Minimum 7 to 8 years in a technical field
6. Vehicle Registration - Executive
- Proper vehicle registration and documentation
- Calculation of car registration expenses
- Minimum 1 to 2 year of experience in the related field
7. Customer Relationship Management- Executive
- Customer complaint registration and issuing tickets
- Plan and execute service follow-up and obtain customer feedback
- Customer database management
- Minimum 1 year in the customer service department
