- Service facility: As per the decision of Rural Municipality.
- Age: In the case of 8th level, completed 21 years and not exceeding 45 years; And in case of remaining posts, 18 years have been completed and not exceeding 40 years.
- The service contract period will be till Ashad 2078 BS. There will be 3 months service contract period for the employees admitted to a 5-bed coveted hospital.
- The conditions not mentioned in it will be in accordance with the prevailing law.
