Job Vacancy Announced for Delivery Supervisor, Delivery Rider, Customer Care, Marketing and Logistics


FYMO is a food discovery app designed to help food lovers experience and enjoy food like never before is seeking to hire highly motivated personnel for the following positions.

1. Delivery Supervisor: 3 (Three)

Job Description:
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
  • Training delivery boys
  • Ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to customers
  • Schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
  • Receive products and coordinate delivery
  • Creating a plan or time table for the movement of delivery
  • Work with supporting departments and encourage cross-functional support.
  • Planning and coordination of logistic support operations to ensure smooth accomplishment of delivery

Requirement/Skills:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent Minimum 1-2 years experience in the similar field
  • Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge Must possess the skill to work both in the team and independently
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with E-commerce platforms and Google Applications

2. Delivery Rider: 20 (Twenty)

Job Description:
  • Following delivery driving routes and time schedules
  • Responsible for collecting the items from the listed restaurants
  • Ensure safe delivery of picked up items on time
  • Inspect if correct items are picked from the restaurants

Requirement/Skills:
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Valid driving license
  • Good driving record with no traffic violations
  • Ability to check details of product specification
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Customer service-oriented mindset

3. Call Center Executives- Customer Care: 6 (Six)

Job Description:
  • Prepared to work in shifts to manage calls from customers- Handle and Assist in timely fulfillment of the customer's orders
  • Prepare a report of issues faced by customers and ensure timely resolution to their problems
  • Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Requirement/Skills:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent - Minimum 1-year working experience in a similar role
  • Amazing customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with E-commerce platforms and Google Applications
  • Good work ethics and integrity with the ability to work with a diverse team

4. Marketing Executive - Marketing: 4 (Four)

Job Description:
  • Providing detailed information on company products and offerings
  • Onboarding new restaurants
  • Provide training to restaurants on the operational details of the system
  • Responsible to provide meetings feedback to the supervisor and provide a monthly report to the supervisor
  • Keep proper records of sales and revenues
Requirement/Skills:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the field of Marketing in a similar role - Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge
  • Must possess the skill to work both in the team and independently
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with E-commerce platforms and Google Applications
  • Should have their own vehicle

5. Logistics Officer- Logistics: 1 (One)

Job Description:
  • Create an efficient team of delivery boys to provide food deliveries to customers
  • Create proper compensation plan based on performance for delivery boys
  • Working out route mapping,
  • Working out financial analytics of delivery costs
  • Providing assistance to logistics executive in performing their job

Requirement/Skills:
  • Minimum Master's Degree in Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in the similar field
  • Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge
  • Must possess the skill to work both in the team and independently
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively - Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with E-commerce platforms and Google Applications
